Energy Navigator Program
Looking to go green and save money at home but don't know where to start? CCAT can support you with free one-on-one guidance on all things energy efficiency and electrification, including mapping projects, navigating contractors, accessing incentives, and more.
Greenhouse Gas Inventory
CCAT completed a greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory of the community and municipal heating, electricity, and transportation sectors in order to understand leading emissions sources and to guide decision-making about subsequent emission reduction strategies.
Municipal Heat Pumps
CCAT is helping the Town take advantage of state funding for heat pump installation at municipal buildings. If approved, heat pump projects at the school and town office will significantly reduce our dependence on fuel oil, saving money and avoiding greenhouse gas emissions in turn.
Energy Technology Innovation Partnership Project
As part of a Department of Energy program providing technical assistance to coastal, island, and remote communities, CCAT is working with clean energy experts to explore alternative wood waste management strategies at the Transfer Station for wildfire mitigation, cost reduction, and energy resilience.
